Appointment Policies

If you are showing ANY signs of illness, contact me to reschedule. Please do not bring a child, friend or family member who is sick to your appointment.
 
 Showing up to an appointment with any symptoms of illness or with anyone who has symptoms of illness will result in refusal of scheduled services and full payment will be due. 
 
Appointments that are not confirmed 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment are subject to cancellation and collection of full payment of services due.
 
100% of scheduled services are due for any no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations that occur less than 48 hours are subject to pay 50% off the scheduled appointment. Some exceptions apply.
 
Client is required to pay in full for services scheduled at time of appointment (ex. Color and cut scheduled, you decide you just want cut when you arrive, you will still be charged for both services.)
 
If you need to modify your scheduled services, please notify me 48 hours in advance.

 
If you are 15 minutes or later to our scheduled time together, we will need to reschedule and 100% of scheduled services will be charged.
 
All cancellations must be done via phone call/voicemail/text message
