Cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications to your appointment must be done 48 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment in less than 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total will be charged to your card on file. If you are running 15 minutes or later to your appointment, we will need to reschedule and the cancellation fee will be charged. *
